The accuracy, durability, and portability of manual cutting tools directly determine construction efficiency and material loss in the front line of building decoration and glass processing. Recently, Xidenuo ceramic tile push knives and glass knives have received a lot of praise from construction teams and building materials stores around the world due to their excellent on-site performance, becoming the mainstream choice for tile workers and glass processing practitioners. To this end, we visited multiple construction sites and conducted on-site tests on the mainstream cutting tools of Xidenuo to intuitively experience the comprehensive performance of the products.
This actual test selected two typical scenarios: home decoration construction sites and glass processing factories, and tested various materials such as conventional tiles, thickened full tiles, large rock slabs, ordinary building glass, and thickened decorative glass. In the tile cutting test stage, first use the classic T-shaped push knife to cut 800mm specification full body tiles. The overall tool is made of lightweight and high-strength aluminum alloy material, with a reasonable weight ratio for the whole machine, making it less prone to fatigue during long-term handheld operation. The dual scale ruler has clear readings, simple and fast positioning, smooth blade movement, and a tight fit between the blade wheel and the brick surface. The cutting lines are straight, and the cut is complete without any broken edges or missing corners, minimizing the rework rate of ceramic tiles.
